Cancellations & Refunds

Appointments may be canceled up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
Cancellations made within 30 minutes of the appointment may have a $15 travel fee deducted from the refund

Appointments may be rescheduled based on availability up to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling due to customer-related issues (including lack of valid ID or notifying after 30 minute grace period) will incur a $15 additional travel fee.

C & E Notary reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if: If service is discontinued for the following reasons a $15 travel fee deducted from the refund

• Proper identification is not provided

• The signer appears unwilling, unaware, or under duress

• The document is incomplete or prohibited by law

• The environment is unsafe or inappropriate
